Terms For Using 6IX Casting

1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms apply when you access this website, submit an applicant profile, apply for a casting call, upload media, or contact 6IX Casting about a project. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.

2. No Guarantee Of Selection

Submitting an application, profile, video, photo, or inquiry does not guarantee review, selection, contact, callback, employment, compensation, appearance, participation, or involvement in any show, campaign, development project, or production.

Casting decisions are made at the discretion of 6IX Casting, its clients, production partners, and related decision-makers.

3. Applicant Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to submit through this website. HOUSE RULES applicants must be 18-27 and must confirm they meet the age requirement before submitting.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submission is truthful, current, and complete. If your eligibility, availability, contact information, relationship status, location, or other relevant details change, you should notify 6IX Casting or submit updated information.

4. Applicant Consent

By submitting an application, you authorize 6IX Casting to review your information, photos, videos, links, answers, and related materials for casting purposes. You also authorize 6IX Casting to contact you about the specific casting call you applied for and, if you consent, future casting opportunities.

You understand that casting may involve questions about personality, dating, relationships, attraction, comfort on camera, availability, lifestyle, boundaries, and other project-relevant topics. You should answer only in a way you are comfortable with and should not submit private information that you do not want reviewed for casting.

5. Submitted Materials

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, links, written answers, and other materials you submit. By submitting them, you grant 6IX Casting a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to copy, store, review, display internally, evaluate, and share those materials with relevant team members, clients, production partners, and service providers for casting, development, project review, and related administrative purposes.

This permission is for casting review and related business purposes. It does not by itself guarantee that your materials will be used in a public production, advertisement, broadcast, campaign, or final program. Separate agreements, releases, or production documents may be required before participation in a project.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• your submission is accurate and not misleading;
• you have the right to submit any photo, video, link, or other material you provide;
• your submission does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights;
• you will not submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, exploitative, or malicious material;
• you will not submit material involving anyone who has not consented to being included; and
• you will not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the website or its forms.

7. Casting Communications

If you submit an application or inquiry, 6IX Casting may contact you by email, phone, text, social handle, or other contact method you provide about your submission, potential opportunities, next steps, scheduling, or administrative matters.

You may ask us to stop contacting you about future opportunities by emailing hello@6ixcasting.com. Transactional or administrative messages related to an active submission or inquiry may still be sent where appropriate.

8. Production Partners And Additional Documents

Some opportunities may involve clients, brands, show creators, production companies, networks, platforms, sponsors, or other partners. If you move forward in a casting process, you may be asked to sign additional documents, including releases, confidentiality agreements, appearance releases, background check authorizations, availability confirmations, or production-specific terms.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a later signed production or participation agreement, the later signed agreement will control for that project to the extent of the conflict.

9. Website Content

The 6IX Casting name, site copy, page designs, visual treatments, and website content are owned by or licensed to 6IX Casting, except for materials submitted by applicants or third parties. You may not copy, reuse, modify, or distribute website content without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party providers for uploads, email delivery, hosting, forms, analytics, or other operational needs. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. 6IX Casting is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by 6IX Casting.

11. Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change casting calls, forms, website content, eligibility requirements, deadlines, or these Terms at any time. A casting call being listed on the website does not mean it is guaranteed to remain open.

12. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The website and submission process are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6IX Casting disclaims warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that submitting will result in any particular casting outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6IX Casting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, inability to submit, casting decisions, or non-selection.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction where a dispute is not resolved informally, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
