• consider applicants for future 6IX Casting opportunities when consent is given;
• contact applicants about casting opportunities, callbacks, interviews, availability, or next steps;

• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and submission process; and
• keep records needed to manage submissions, consent, communications, and legal obligations.

4. Consent And Applicant Control

By submitting a form, you consent to the collection, use, and handling of your information for the purposes described at the time of submission and in this Privacy Policy. Some consent choices are required to process a casting application. Optional future-file consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.

You can request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion by emailing hello@6ixcasting.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Photos, videos, and video links are used to evaluate casting fit, camera comfort, personality, and presentation. Do not submit unlawful material or material you do not have the right to share.

Uploads are processed through UploadThing or similar service providers used to host and deliver media files for review.

We do not sell applicant information. We may share information only as needed for casting and business operations, including with:

• authorized 6IX Casting team members and representatives;
• production companies, clients, show teams, or brand partners when your profile may fit a relevant opportunity;
• service providers that help operate this website, process uploads, send email, host data, or manage communications;
• professional advisors, insurers, or legal representatives where necessary; and
• law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required or permitted by law.

7. Service Providers And Cross-Border Processing

We use third-party providers such as Resend for email delivery and UploadThing for media uploads. These providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information processed outside your location may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. If you consent to future casting consideration, we may keep your profile on file until you withdraw that consent, request deletion, or we determine it is no longer needed.

Backup copies and email records may take additional time to remove from ordinary business systems.

No website, email system, upload platform, or internet transmission is completely secure, so please choose carefully what you submit.

11. Age Requirements

This website is intended for applicants who are at least 18 years old. HOUSE RULES applicants must be 18-27. Do not submit an application if you do not meet the age requirement for the relevant casting call.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means the updated Policy applies to future submissions.
